Welcome Week (Freshers’ Week) is from Sunday 13th September 2020 until Friday 18th September 2020. New students are expected to attend this week as it is an important opportunity to adjust to University life.

As a postgraduate student, you will study over a calendar, rather than academic year. The standard dates for Postgraduate Taught full-time students are as follows:
5th October 2020 – 18th December 2020
4th January 2021 – 26th March 2021
12th April 2021 – 25th July 2021
Please note that you will need to refer to your individual programme timetable for details on specific start dates and induction sessions and if you are studying part time.
