Confirming Your Place
Preparing for Your Results
If you are waiting for exam results, make sure you know which exam results UCAS receive. If your exam results aren’t transmitted to us through UCAS, you’ll need to send your results to us.
On results day, we’d recommend that you have your UCAS Hub login details handy so you are able to check whether your place has been confirmed. If you need to update your contact details, you should ensure this is done before you receive your results as we may need to contact you.
Receiving Your Results
Check on UCAS Hub
To check whether the conditions of your offer have been met, we would recommend that you initially check on UCAS Hub. If your place has been confirmed, no further action is required – you’re in!
Still Showing as Conditional?
If your offer is still showing up as conditional, we’d recommend that you give us a ring as soon as possible. It might be that we are still waiting on confirmation of your results.
If your results haven’t gone quite as you planned, don’t panic. If we are unable to offer you a place on the course you have applied for, we might be able to offer you an alternative. If we are able to offer an alternative course, you will be asked by UCAS to reply to your new offer through UCAS Hub within five days.
What Next?
If you are accepted, a letter confirming this will be appear in UCAS Hub a few days after your place is confirmed..
If you have been unsuccessful in gaining a place at Chester, check to see if you have been accepted at your Insurance choice. If Chester is your Insurance choice and you have been unsuccessful, your next step would be to check the vacancies available on the UCAS website through Clearing.
