Learn to cook; the freezer is your friend!

What motivates you in your work?                                                                                              

The satisfaction of helping a student gain what could be their first job in life and my teammates motivate me every day we’re working together.

How do you relax when not at work?                                                                                          

Long walks in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. I love cooking and have been known to go ‘off piste’ with a recipe now and again!  I love to read and I’m talking about a book, not a tablet!

What is your biggest career achievement?                                                                                 

My most recent achievement has been learning how to do a new job remotely, in the middle of a global pandemic.
