What areas of service should I ask you about?
Being the first point of contact when you come into Careers & Employability I ensure that all your queries are answered about the services that we provide. This includes CV advice, finding information related to your chosen career, making guidance appointments, help with finding a job as I am constantly looking for opportunities for our students and graduates, which are then posted onto Career Hub.
What piece of advice would you give to a Level 6 student about to graduate?
Have confidence in your abilities. Make sure that you keep a record of all the skills that you have gained not only at University but also outside, it will come in handy when you are applying for jobs, you will never forget a skill that just might get you the job.
What piece of advice would you give to a Level 4 student just starting University?
Fully immerse yourself into University life and gain as many skills as you can by undertaking extra-curricular activities.
What motivates you in your work?
Doing my best to provide an excellent service for the students on the Warrington Campus.
How do you relax when not at work?
Chill with family and friends. I also love to travel.
What is your biggest career achievement?
Working with the many amazing students and staff on the Warrington Campus.
