What areas of service should I ask you about?

I am a career consultant and I provide information, advice and guidance that helps students and recent graduates make sense of and develop their careers. You might meet me at a career drop-in session, at a guidance appointment, or in a careers workshop or presentation.

What piece of advice would you give to a Level 6 student about to graduate?

You are likely to receive loads of advice and information, some of it helpful and some of it not. Use the skill that you have developed as a student to evaluate the sources of that advice and information.

What piece of advice would you give to a Level 4 student just starting University?

Try out new activities and get involved in stuff.

What motivates you in your work?

Coffee, happy people around me and to feel that I am doing a good job.

How do you relax when not at work?

I get out on my bike and head for the hills.

What is your biggest career achievement?

Finding a career that is meaningful and that is in tune with my values.
