About Megan Cowan

She first joined the School of Law as an undergraduate before graduating with an LLB in Law and is completing a master’s degree in contemporary legal studies.

Megan has experience in both the legal and higher education sectors. She has worked in a personal injury law firm and volunteered in the asylum and immigration team in another law firm. She worked as a Learning Facilitator in the School of Law before progressing to lecturer.

Her present research focuses on Employment Law and the impact of public policy on the law around unfair dismissal.
