About Karen Griffiths

I hold external examiner roles at UCLAN, University of Bolton and University of Huddersfield for PcET programmes which provides an excellent insight into national priorities. My membership and attendance at UCET post-16 forums offers me significant opportunities to engage in peer discussion and debate regarding national priorities and an insight into how these are being addressed and adopted using a partnership paradigm.

Teaching

I contribute to teaching across the faculty in a range of subject areas, planning and delivering high quality teaching and training, delivering and assessing students’ work, demonstrating my flexibility and adaptability, particularly in subjects outside of my own expertise, resulting in excellent student feedback.

I have acted as a PAT for students, offering support and advice on complex academic and professional matters, and undertaken significant additional responsibilities in supporting the management of the BA CYPS programme.
