About Emily Fozard

I undertook my counsellor training at the University of Chester, completing the Clinical Counselling MA in 2016. I am currently studying on the Doctor of Professional Studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy Studies at the University of Chester.

My counselling practice at present is in a hospice where I work in palliative care. My core therapeutic model is Person-Centred counselling.

Teaching

  • SO5404 Enhancing Counselling Skills
  • SO6401 Using Counselling Skills in the Workplace

Research

I am interested in researching family dynamics and my previous research has examined parental conflict.
