About Prof Kevin Lamb

Kevin is a Fellow of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) and BASES Accredited as an Exercise Physiologist (Research). He has been in the Department since 1992 and prior to that he was a Research Assistant and a Lecturer in the Department of Movement Science at the University of Liverpool. Kevin has taught across all levels at Chester and for 10 years delivered Research Methods/Statistics modules in Hong Kong and Singapore. A former member of the University’s Research Committee, and Research Policy and Practice Committee, Kevin coordinated the Department's successful submission to the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise. Kevin was a member of the Faculty of Applied Sciences Ethics Committee from 2004-2011. In September 2012, Kevin became the Programme Leader for the Department’s flourishing MSc programmes in Sports Science.
