Why is Annual Reunion virtual this year? This year’s Annual Reunion is running in a virtual format due to the ongoing pandemic and restrictions on large gatherings. We opted to host Reunion virtually this year to ensure that we could still deliver the event that so many of our alumni know and love, while keeping both you, our alumni, and our staff safe.

Will Annual Reunion be virtual next year? We do hope that we will be able to celebrate on campus next year, but we cannot confirm anything at this time.

Are there any costs to the event this year? No, Reunion 2020 is entirely free of charge.

When does registration close? Registration closes Friday, September 4 at 12 noon.

How do I access Reunion 2020? Simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email. Please note Reunion 2020 begins at 2pm on Tuesday, September 8 and finishes at 12 noon on Thursday, September 10. If you still need to register, please click here.

I have registered but I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do? Please check your junk/spam folder and allow up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to be sent through. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, please contact

My friend would like to attend Reunion 2020, but they have not received any emails? Please encourage any alumni who would like to attend Reunion 2020 to register through the link on this page here. This will ensure that they receive all the relevant email communications and updates regarding Reunion 2020.

My friend does not have internet access but would still like to take part in Reunion 2020. Is this possible? We are already making arrangements to get in touch offline with those who have booked for Reunion previously, but do not use email or have internet access. If you think you know someone who we might not otherwise know about, please get in touch by emailing

What kind of technology do I need to be able to access Reunion 2020? The virtual event can be accessed through most devices with an internet connection, such as a PC, laptop, smart phone or iPad/tablet. A number of our virtual sessions will be hosted through Zoom – you may be familiar with this platform if you have previously joined us for our Virtual Alumni Meet-Ups.

How do I use Zoom? If you have any questions about this platform, please refer to the Zoom FAQ here. You can also find a full video tutorial detailing how to join a Zoom meeting here. You will notice during our live sessions that we have various procedures in place, such as waiting rooms and asking you to provide your alumni year, to make sure our events are safe and secure for everyone.

How do I access a specific live event? You will receive an email on September 7 with the relevant joining instructions for the live sessions you signed up to attend during the registration process. If you have registered to attend any of the sessions run by our friends in other departments, you will receive information on how to sign up for these in your confirmation email. Please contact if you do not receive these details after registering. All other content will be available on our dedicated Reunion web pages, which you can access through the link in your confirmation email once Reunion begins.

Do I have to attend the live sessions? No, there is no obligation to attend any of the live sessions. Please feel free to browse our wide range of other content on our dedicated Reunion web pages at your leisure.

I have already registered but would like to attend a live session that I did not tick on my registration form - can I still join? Please contact if there is another session you would like to attend. If you contact us during Reunion 2020, we cannot guarantee a response in time for the requested session.

I registered for a live session but I am now unable to attend, what should I do? No problem, please just email detailing which session you are no longer able to attend. Where possible, please let us know in good time.

Who should I contact if my question is not answered here? Please contact and we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that we are receiving a high volume of emails at the moment, so will not be able to respond to you immediately.
