The personalised approach to training, coupled with close individual support, ensures that trainees across all phases, regardless of any additional challenges they may face, have an equal chance to become good or better practitioners. Ofsted Report 2016

We offer a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes relevant to working with children, young people and families. We have strived to build reciprocal partnerships with schools and the wider workforce, so that we better understand the professional environment and ensure our programmes prepare students to succeed in them. The Faculty was recently awarded 'Outstanding' status by Ofsted, for its secondary programmes and all 3-7 and 5-11 primary/primary-early years programmes.
