About the Event

The concept of kindness is one that is gaining traction currently with accreditations for kindness is schools, with kindness institutes being established in Universities and with kindness becoming a key research focus across the globe.  We frequently hear about paying kindness forward and, in a time of online troll and ‘haters’, is kindness more important now than ever?

Is it true that being kind can help you live longer?  Can it make us less stressed?  Why does kindness matter?

These topics and more will be explored and facilitated by Wendy Miller, Faculty Administrator in Arts and Media and Kathryn Leighton, HR Manager – Diversity

Who is it for: Anyone and everyone!

What you will gain from attending: An opportunity to discuss kindness in a safe environment and to reflect on the changes we can all make to make our professional and personal worlds kinder places.
