Chris joined SEDD in 2018 and is currently managing the University’s delivery of the ERDF-funded Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme and supporting the delivery of the ESF-funded Accelerate Cheshire and Warrington skills project.

Prior to joining the University, Chris gained over 35 years’ experience working in economic development, inward investment, regeneration, strategic partnership development and international relations for a number of agencies based in North West England. Outside of work, Chris is a former Chair of Trustees at Cheshire Wildlife Trust and currently a Governor at Weaverham High School and member of the Cheshire West Governors’ Association Executive Committee.
