I chose to study in Shrewsbury because it’s a beautiful, historic town where you have everything you need in one place. It is also well connected by road and train which gives me the opportunity to see the rest of the UK. There are also beautiful mountains and valleys to hike which are easily accessible from Shrewsbury - it’s the perfect way to spend a day away from your studies.
One of the best things about studying at Shrewsbury is the close relationship you build with the lecturers and support staff at the campus. It has been particularly good for me as an international student to have close, follow-up sessions on my write-ups, especially when it comes to improving my English and academic writing. I also draw great benefit from the small number of students in my lectures and lab sessions. It's a very personal experience.
