The University of Chester Business School has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it is situated in an idyllic setting right next to the River Dee and only a few minutes away from the centre of Chester. The campus is small but full of state of the art business facilities, so you will never feel lost. But there is also everything you need here. Some of these facilities include multiple computer labs and a fully equipped library with over 8000 printed books, access to over 500 subject-specific e-books and over 50 printed journals. There are also private and group study pods for students to use and a quiet room giving options for everyone’s study style. This is all managed by a dedicated library support team, who are always happy to help.

The library staff are not the only ones who are helpful, all of the staff at Chester Business School are approachable and can help with any worries you may have. All of the lecturers are very personable and help students grow in confidence. They love what they are teaching and infuse their students to feel the same way.

There are also no worries when it comes to meeting fellow students, the first week is designed for meeting others. You will be able to take part in many activities which help you meet and get to know each other. It’s all done in a relaxed and non-intimidating way and is also fun and exciting.

Some other facilities on campus include a Starbucks which is great for grabbing a coffee during breaks. There is also an open plan restaurant with a choice of both warm meals and sandwich meal deals. These are both situated in the Churchill building on campus. The Churchill building is a beautiful old building with stunning interiors creating a perfect space for lecture halls. Spread across the two buildings there is a mix of both small cosy lecture/seminar rooms and larger halls that feel vibrant and exciting.
