These events bring together a variety of presenters who share ideas for enhancing teaching and learning. Presenters represented organisations such as Shakespeare Schools Foundation, Chester Zoo Education Service and West Cheshire Museums.
Eileen’s presentation focused on her ideas about ‘live pedagogy’, a concept which aims to engage learners through interactivity, questioning, participation and physical activities. So, those of you in Eileen’s seminar groups may well be asked to ‘laugh like a pirate’, one of her favourite ice-breaker techniques!
