Where does the Open Day take place?

The location of your Open Day will depend on which subject(s) you are interested in, as we have several different sites across Chester, Warrington and Shrewsbury. By selecting your subject(s) of interest on the Open Day booking page, you will be directed to the correct information for where you need to register on the day. If you are attending an Open Day in Chester and need to visit more than one of our teaching sites, transport between sites will be available on the day.

What’s happening when?

Postgraduate activities and timings may vary depending on which site you are visiting, but if you arrive at the start time for your site there will be plenty of time to fit everything in. We will also email you a schedule prior to the Open Day so you can plan your time.

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring guests with you to the event. You don't need to make a separate booking for your guests; simply indicate the number of people you wish to accompany you when you are booking your place.

Is car parking available?

Chester: There is limited car parking at some of our Chester sites, please note that parking is extremely limited at our Exton Park and Wheeler sites and we recommend using public transport where possible. We will be running a free bus service between our Chester sites during the Open Day to help you get around. Our Creative Campus, Kingsway has plenty of parking.

Shrewsbury: There is a large pay and display car park in Frankwell Quay, adjacent to the Guildhall.

Warrington: There is pay and display parking available near our Time Square and Remond House sites. The university is also easily accessible via train and buses.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you’re no longer able to attend, please email visitus@chester.ac.uk and let us know that you wish to cancel your booking, along with the email address you used to book your place. We will then email you to confirm we have cancelled your place.
