Recently refurbished Powys Court is located in the heart of the city and houses 72 students split between 12 houses. Within each six-person house, residents have access to shared bathroom facilities, communal areas and fully equipped kitchen facilities and washing machine. Powys Court is designated quiet accommodation and is located 10 minutes from the Parkgate Road Campus and 5 minutes from the Riverside Campus.
