The campus offers an array of excellent academic and social facilities and prepares students for work in areas such as business, education, media, nursing, policing, social work and sport. There is a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to choose from, alongside work-based learning projects and higher level apprenticeships which are accessible to local businesses and partner organisations.

Conference and events

With excellent lecture and seminar spaces, alongside all-weather sports facilities, the campus is able to host a variety of conferences, meetings and events. The campus can also provide residential accommodation during vacation periods and a variety of catering packages in our modern dining rooms.

Can you host a student placement?

Undergraduates in their second year of study, from a range of disciplines, are invited to take up a 5-week unpaid work placement which helps to provide an insight into a future career and introduces them to target setting and reflection, whilst contributing to the work of their provider. The 5-week placement takes place at the beginning of May and is organised jointly between the Department of Work Based Learning and the placement provider. If you would be interested in offering a placement to one of our students, please call one of our expert Placement Co-ordinators on 01925 534242 or email wbl@chester.ac.uk.
