Research Interests
My research has focused on performance, community engagement and policy. I have developed projects through practice as research to investigate how performance could break barriers and develop community engagement in heritage sites.
My research generated original performance pieces including theatrical, film and exhibition performances.
Latest / Proudest Achievement
My latest achievement has been the recent publication of my article Co-creating, co-producing and connecting: Museum practice today in Curator: The Museum Journal co-authored with Professor Gayle McPherson from the University of the West of Scotland.
My proudest achievement was winning the BAFTA Scotland New Talent award in 2013.
