Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship

It was not until I had a discussion with someone at work that I became aware there was a possibility of studying whilst being employed through an apprenticeship.

To decide whether to go to university or pursue a full-time job. With this program, you can work, and gain real-world experience, which is exactly what I wanted, while still earning a degree.

Since starting the CMDA I have actually changed jobs four times. This may seem a lot, but I like to take opportunities as they present. I also enjoy the prospect of challenging myself and learning new things, so alongside the degree I would say I’ve definitely grown a lot since that first day!

Since starting my degree I have developed into a confident leader with many new managerial skills. The CMDA is a great way to access higher education whilst continuing to work and securing a good work – life balance.
