If you are unable to visit us on an Open Day or Applicant Day, our campus tours will give you an opportunity to see the general student facilities on either the Parkgate Road or Warrington Campus, as well as our satellite sites in Chester.
These campus tours are specifically for prospective undergraduate students. If you are a prospective postgraduate student, please see our postgraduate campus tours pages.
What can I expect to see?
On our monthly campus tour you will have the opportunity to take a comprehensive look at the general student facilities on campus such as the library, Students' Union, and sport and leisure facilities. You’ll also have the opportunity to view some examples of our on-site student accommodation, as well as put your questions to our support departments at our Advice and Guidance stands.
Parkgate Road Campus is where many of our central services, facilities and accommodation are located, for students studying across our five Chester-based campuses. If you are interested in a course which is based at one of Chester's satellite campuses (Riverside Campus, Kingsway Campus, Queen’s Park Campus or Thornton Science Park), you will also have the opportunity to take a tour of the facilities there, after your tour of Parkgate Road campus.
Parkgate Road Campus tour afternoons will start at 12.45pm.
Warrington Campus tour afternoons will start at 1.30pm.
Visiting academic departments
Please note that the tours will not include an appointment with teaching staff from academic departments. If you wish to meet with an academic staff member to talk more about your course you will need to arrange this with them yourself prior to arrival.
