Campus

You will study in Chester for all three years or spend your first year at University Centre Reaseheath. Our historic Parkgate Road Campus is a short walk from Chester city centre and is home to the Department of Biological Sciences. Here, students benefit from modern facilities alongside recreation and accommodation at the heart of the University. Located in 330 hectares of rural Cheshire, Reaseheath has industry-standard facilities, where specialist lecturers provide a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Facilities

The Department of Biological Sciences has recently built three new teaching laboratories with internet-linked workstations. Alongside these, you will take advantage of the campus' modern lecture theatres and learning resources with the refurbished library and open-access computer facilities. In addition, University Centre Reaseheath has recently invested in further developing their excellent facilities. The Animal Centre has a licensed zoo and the Equestrian Centre provides both indoor and outdoor riding arenas and stabling for 50 horses.
