Why Study?
Teaching staff are recognised leaders in their fields, who treat students as partners. There are opportunities to undertake fieldwork in a range of challenging environments - from glacial forelands to the side of volcanoes, and in some of the world’s most vibrant and influential cities.
Where You’ll Study
The Department of Geography and International Development is on the University’s historic Exton Park (Parkgate Road), just a short walk from Chester city centre. Here students benefit from excellent support from teaching staff and modern teaching facilities, including specialist laboratories embracing the latest geospatial technologies.
