Queen's Park Campus, Chester

Only minutes from Chester’s historic city centre, and nestled alongside the banks of the River Dee, Queen’s Park Campus offers a unique and unforgettable learning experience at the University of Chester Business School.

Most recently a bank, it was once the historical Western Command headquarters for the Army during World War Two, making this a fitting location for leaders of the future to flourish.

On-site facilities include: a dedicated business library with group study spaces and learning pods for quiet study, a 250-seat lecture theatre, mixed teaching rooms equipped with the latest AV equipment and high-quality computer suites.

The campus also has fantastic catering, including a cafeteria with a Starbucks ‘grab-and-go’ counter and bring your own food area, as well as a top-floor brasserie with panoramic views of Chester. There are areas for students to socialise outside the building, with access to riverside walks and the Meadows.

The student accommodation and the facilities of Parkgate Road Campus, Chester, are also within walking distance or a short bus ride.

Not only an academic site, this campus also operates as a much sought after corporate hub for a wide range of partners from the public and private sector. This gives you plenty of opportunity to network with likeminded people and potential future employers on a regular basis.

Take a virtual tour of the facilities at Queen's Park Campus.

Chester

From its beginnings as a Roman fortress 2,000 years ago, Chester has managed to retain its unique character whilst offering everything that you would expect from a modern city today, as it becomes "a must-see European destination".

The City of Chester is a vibrant mix of cafes, shops and ancient walls, rows and architectural and archaeological features. The City is home to all-year-round arts festivals, events, exhibitions and street entertainment, including the famous Chester Races, the Rowing Regatta and the internationally acclaimed Chester Zoo.
