University Centre Warrington has the courses, contacts and expertise to kick-start your career in one of the vital services that are the backbone of every community: education; health; social care; and policing. Specialising in delivering innovative employment-focused courses in a professional learning environment, this university experience will enable you to develop the skill set and the confidence to become a graduate with a valuable role to play in society.

You will not only learn from your lecturers and tutors, but also from the unique perspective that studying at University Centre Warrington brings. Here you will mix with like-minded young professionals, the vast majority of whom will go on to work in public services, gaining insight from each other as you work as multi-agency professionals.

From 2022 our Health and Social Care, Policing and Education courses will be taught from our brand new town centre location in the heart of Warrington.

Our courses for serving members of the police such as our Policing Apprenticeship and our Policing Graduate Diploma course will be taught out of the Tucker building, located on our Padgate Road site.

Plans are also in place to develop a family of highly practical, career-focused business programmes that address regional skills gaps and that offer a flexible mode of delivery.
