Dr Steve Lambert

Steve Lambert is associate professor in educational leadership at the University of Chester, UK. His work involves the academic leadership of programmes related to educational leadership within the Faculty of Education and Children’s Services. He supervises masters and doctoral students and undertakes research in the areas of: educational policy discourse, the development of sustainable leadership as a leadership concept that secures the future of educational leadership, the mapping of leadership traits and the role of emotions in leadership.

I was the recipient of the 2016 FETL national research fellowship.
