Paul Humphries

Paul is employed as a Coach Educator and Coach Developer by The Rugby Football League and currently coaches on the England Talent Pathway for Girls.

Paul is currently undertaking the UKCC Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Rugby League and works for The RFL as a Coach Educator, tutoring on the UKCC Certificate in Coaching Rugby League at Levels 1 and 2 and a Coach Developer, working with community coaches on the England Talent Pathway.  He is also currently an England Rugby League Player Development Coach on the U16s Girls Talent Hub.

Paul's teaching specialism is sports coaching.  His undergraduate teaching includes:

  • Principles of Sports Coaching (Level 4)
  • Coaching Process and Practice (Level 5)
  • Applied Sports Science and Coaching I (Level 5)
  • Applied Coaching Practice (Level 6) 

Paul also supervises dissertations at Level 6.
