I have been in the education sector for 15 years and have held teaching and senior leadership positions within FE and HE.

I have taught in FE on vocational and academic programmes. My HE teaching has been on public sector management on UG programmes and my PG teaching has been on leadership in education and MSc management.

My research interests are leadership within the education sector. It has a focus on leadership approach, culture creation and the impact this has for institutional success and the social mobility of students.
