An experienced educationalist and enthusiastic advocate of lifelong learning with over 20 years expertise in leadership and strategic management and 30 years experience in the development of policy and practice in designing, delivering, managing and assessing learning.

Formerly Principal for over 20 years at one of the UK’s leading residential adult education colleges focussed on learning opportunities in personal, community and organisational development and later Project Director for multilateral partnership work for the University in adult life change initiatives across Europe.

Engaged initially as a Visiting Lecturer, now as a part time faculty member has taught and assessed in areas of People and Organisations, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Change, Business Environments and Project Management on undergraduate programmes and in Leadership and Management and Managing Excellence at Masters level at both the Chester and Shrewsbury sites.

  • BU7731 Managing Excellence in processes and Projects

Aspects of Life Change as a transformative learning experience and in Mature Enterprise; considering processes and support for those over 50 who wish to remain economically active through entrepreneurial activity and its associated learning needs.
