Pippa Weston
Senior Lecturer (CPED); Associate Tutor Advisor to Mountbatten Institute
Pip Weston has been a senior lecturer since 1992. In 2003, she joined the University of Chester as a Senior Lecturer in Business in Chester Business School.
In line with her research interests, she transferred to the Centre for Professional & Economic Development (CPED) becoming a Senior Lecturer in CWRS in September 2015 as associate tutor advisor to the Mountbatten Institute.
Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems at Northumbria University in Newcastle Business School between 1992-2003, then Senior Lecturer in Business in Chester Business School.
Developed, managed and delivered a number of programmes and modules at both undergraduate and post-graduate level including Information Management, Leadership and Change Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management and Project Management.
In addition, held various management roles including Programme Leader, International Link Officer and Subject Assessment Officer.
Current research interests are exploring Thriving at Work and the role of HE experiential learning. Currently enrolled on a DProf. in HE for Thriving at Work.
Fellow of the Higher Education Authority (HEA) since 2002.
