Joined the University of Chester in 2020 as a Learning Facilitator and Visiting Lecturer, prior to this working as an Industry 4.0 Product Design Engineer for large worldwide engineering firm. Work in this area focused heavily around HCI (Human Computer Interaction) design, full stack development and project management in the creating of digital products for the automotive industry.

I have an extensive work history, but most notably graphic design then branching out into web development and freelance UX/UI work.

Completed an Undergraduate Degree as a mature student after a desire to step into teaching higher education. Spare time I am a Digital Marketing volunteer for SSAFA – the Armed Forces Charity. I am also a CMA Certified Life Coach. I enjoy travelling, art and culture, languages, history and archaeology, the great outdoors and walks with my dog.
